Group Terms and Conditions

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

• All bed linen, including duvets, sheets & pillows, are provided free of charge.

• Towels can be hired in advance if required

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:

As a group, you agree to abide by the regulations and values of Falcon's Nest:

Groups with members under 18 years of age require a minimum of 1 adult per 10 under 18 year olds

Booking Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of the quote

• The deposit is refundable up to one month prior to the groups’ arrival, after this period the deposit is non-refundable. 

• Final payment is due, in full, on the group’s arrival at the facility

• All reservation requests are tentative until we have received your deposit.

• If the deposit is not received by the due date, Falcon's Nest reserves the right to cancel your booking.

Cancellations & Amendments

• Changes of up to a 10% decrease in numbers of the original size can be made without penalty providing Falcon's Nest is notified a minimum of one week prior to arrival. Any request to increase group size will be accommodated subject to availability and the group will be charged accordingly.

IN CASE OF DISCREPANCIES AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN:

Though not guaranteed, Falcon's Nest will make every reasonable effort to accommodate new booking requirements not reflected in the group booking confirmation.
Falcon's Nest is not responsible for any changes or discrepancies in booking details not reflected in the booking confirmation.
